6 functional experts in business strategy, finance, valuation, business development, channels to market, and operations. We bring the appropriate functional experts to each engagement based on need and desired outcome. You pay a flat rate that is tied to results and not effort.  

Our history

cadence management advisors LLC was started in 2005. Each advisor partner has over 25 years of real-world business experience. Resumes and references are available upon request.  


We have a dedicated CFO on our team with direct operating and consulting experience for both valuations and operational financial excellence. 


We have a dedicated business development expert with direct and salaes exucutive leadership with fortune 100 customers. 


We have a dedicated operational expert with COO level experience for both enterprises and SMB businesses. This includes business,, product management, and customer service operations.


All work items are collaborative with our team and yours. We work towards the drivers of improved valuation.

2. We develop a future-state valuation. In essence your ideal business valuation. In doing this, we highlight all of the key results defined in business terms that drive valuation or business worth. 


3. The last step is to create the initiatives, actions, timelines, accountable owners, ,etrics and roadmap to move to the higher valuation ideal. 


Our belief is that companies with higher valuations not only operate and compete better, they have more options. Whether borrowing money, merging or selling, businesses with higher valuations have the best alternatives.
